Terms & Conditions of Use — OnVoice

1. Purpose
These terms govern use of the onvoice.io website ("Site"), operated by Claudio Curzi ("we"). The Site provides information about OnVoice, a live audio broadcast application currently in development, and allows signing up to a waitlist. By using the Site, you accept these terms.
2. Waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free and non-binding: it does not constitute a purchase agreement, does not guarantee access to the service or any launch date, and creates no obligation for the subscriber. You can unsubscribe at any time by writing to hello@onvoice.io. Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Product Status
OnVoice is under development (MVP). Features, pricing and timelines described on the Site are indicative and may change without notice. The Site does not constitute a contractual offer. Use of the app, once available, will be governed by dedicated terms of service.
4. Intellectual Property
The OnVoice trademark, logo, text, graphics and any other content on the Site are our property or used with authorization. Reproduction or commercial use without written consent is not permitted, except for attributed quotation.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Site is provided "as is". While we take care over accuracy, we do not guarantee content is complete, up to date, or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the Site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
6. External Links
The Site may contain links to third-party sites (e.g. App Store, Google Play, LinkedIn), whose content we are not responsible for.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumer disputes, the competent court is that of the consumer's place of residence or domicile; in other cases, the court of Rimini.
